complete tune up, new EGR, Coil, rebuilt TB with injectors. Truck runs like new for 20 minutes. Then it will stumble when I take off and within minutes it will completely have no power and die. It will however restart. If I wait 5 minutes or so I can even get it to go a few miles until it all happens all over again. Let it get completely cooled down and I can get another 20 minutes of perfect run time.

it would help to know what kind of truck this is, engine size, etc. You're going to need to test this when its acting up to find out what you're missing when this is happening. Plug a fuel pressure tester into it and see what happens to your reading when it is dying out. Check for spark with a calibrated tested set to the OEM plug gap and see if it will jump it with a nice fat bluish spark.
