Your car came with a 205/70/15 originally. The 205/65/15 is wider and lower than the original. The wider part is no problem if it doesn't rub but the lower profile will change the gear ratio which will effect many things including fuel mileage, speedometer, ABS braking and transmission shift points.

Although the change you suggest is minimal, it's not recommended to do that.
