98 dodge durango 150,000 miles
right now i have 30x10.50r15 in tires on my truck , but my question is.................can i put p235 75 r15 in tires on it as is or do i need different rims
cant afford the big ones right now, but i need new tires......Thanks ......Dennis in milwaukee

Thhe 235/75r15 is designed to fit a 6.5 rim . You could get it to balloon out to fit the 10.5 rim but it would not be safe.

If you really have rims that wide, good luck trying to get 235s to inflate.

ITs actually a pretty common width in the 4x4 crowd. . I have put many tire's in that size range on that size rim. Of course you need special tools such as a blaster ring or a inflation tube ,kinda like a big rubber donut. BUT most regular tire shops dont have such things. so you right in saying good luck. BY the way one reason for mounting such a combo is that it makes a great high flotation sand tire.
