Water in the exhaust (other than condensation during warm up) usually mean a blown head gasket, cracked head or something like that letting coolant into the combustion chamber.

You want me to price an unknown repair on a car that may or may not have parts available. Have the car diagnosed accurately and they will tell you what your options are.

Just curious, but does it smoke like this all the time? Are you having to add coolant? Put your finger on the water dripping out of the exhaust and put it on your tongue. Is the water sweet?

no it only smokes when you rev it only for a little while and also when you put water in but also only for a little while.

DS! No don't taste it but just put it on some paper. If it dries it would be plain water and if not something else. Extent of the problem wont be known in full till it is dismantled then the cost should be known,

I usually just touch my finger to the tip of my tongue. You'll know if it is antifreeze because it will be sweet. I wouldn't recommend drinking or swallowing it.
I've done it for years and it hasn't affected me....

Too funny guy. I know what you meant. Yes 'sports' fans out there EG or Ethylene Glycol has a sweet taste and is horrible poison but needed for engines. Yup, have been doused by the stuff with that last trick that worked to remove a hose.
Leave is well enough alone that the "Betty Crocker" cookbook doesn't list automotive fluids in recipes for a good reason...........

yolande : I just posted but showed after you posted. Real antifreeze will not dry so fast was my point and condensation (mostly water) would. It's not reliable to go by color.
Burning fuel if perfect would create equal amounts of water as fuel burned generally as an unseen vapor but could be steam or when thru cold pipes water till it warms up enough - that's about the story. Normal? If conditions are just right yes.
Right where I live can be a full range of conditions. Super cold, well over 100F, dry or humid.
Just as you can see your breath on certain days and others you can't - same thing,
