slight loss of power

seemed to loose power at about 90km p/h since then cel has come on, dont have the car long, 2004 passat 1.9 diesel cel comes on and off, dont have much money to spend ,dont mind getting my hands dirty, I'm thinking fuel injectors just by reading a few posts on this site, apart from that driving good 127000miles on clock
the timing belt and water pump was done at 118000
All belts look new and engine is very clean
