seville not starting

have a 1992 cadillac sevilje with a v8 4.9 engine.has 236000 on it.code tells us an eo12.where do I find the codes and where do we go from there?engine turns over but will not catch.

Check fuel pressure(specs 40 to 50 psi)
Check for spark on all wires
Check for injector pulse using NOID light
Find out what is missing.
