93 toyota pickup, If it gets in the 40's or below my seatbelt on the drivers side will not work. If I crank the heater up for about 10-15 min. it will slowly start to release. Passenger side works fine, any ideas?

Check if Toyota will tend to this NC. If not and if you have a get your own parts (used) parts place get an exact duplicate that works. True: I hate seat belts. MA voted mandatory use of them out but infinite stupidity put the law back. They KILL 30% percent and save 70% which is a good average. My choice please. Fix it and I'll help if possible on a web site. Born to be free............. Tom
