Should look like this.... Possibly a 1.2 Liter engine but not the point as much as that you needed 1.5 liters of oil was extreme and may have been dangerously too low? Don't count on the vehicle to check oil or to warn you but plain do it yourself especially since it had consumed that much check often, carry some with you too. No clue if light is a low pressure warning (deadly bad) or a service reminder as HT suggested. Keep track of these things as it's your whole engine you are risking!
