2006 ford e150 4.6 been using fully syntheic oil ; now van has 111;000 miles should i go to a different oil or a heavy oil because of the milage i am using 5w-20 synthic

Definitely not. Stay with the same oil you have been using all along. Heavier oil can do a lot of damage in those engines.
