It starts only when the engine is cold. 4 cylinder, 128,000 miles. What's wrong? I assume the starter is used. If the starter motor isn't operating, then it would be a cranking issue. A starting issue means the starter motor is cranking the engine, but the engine doesn't want to start. Another term used incorrectly is "engine wont turn over starter seems to work ok." (?)
