r31skyline speedo and fuel gague not working

Hi I have a r 31 sedan and the Speedo stopped working I have a wagon and swapped the dash over from sedan to wagon and it works put back in sedan and nothing . The black plug swapped them to worked in wagon but not sedan all plugs are in behind dash don't know what else to do please help I'm trying to get the sedan licensed thanks.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I'M STILL HAVING TROUBLE PLEASE

I guess that would tell you the speedo is not the problem then. I have no idea what an R31skykine is so we likely won't have any specifics on it.
