power locks dont lock doors

i have a 1995 delta 88 royale with 3800 cu in 180,000 miles. the power locks will not lock, but the auto unlock when you put it into park still works. the unlock button still works too. can someone please help?

If intermittent just toss the relay - been there done that at insane hours,
