2004 cadillac seville 4.6 when i give the car gas the car feels like it skips sometimes

The P0300 is a random misfire, the P0741 is a tranny code.....
With the misfire you would need to find out which cyls were having the problem and go from there..... With the P0741 if the pcm detect a high rate of slipping when the converter is locked up it will set that code....again the system would have to be diagnosed for what is causing the slipping
