I bought the car from an uncle he did not have the remote fort he antitheft system and also the ignition has been replaced so no original keys. I cannot start my car as the antitheft is engaged. My question is how do i disable it? Weve pulled the fuse for the horn so its no longer honking but it wont start.

Hopefully the key you do have can be used in the driver's door. If so, use the key in the door or the trunk and it should disable the theft system.

So you don't have a key for the doors? How are you supposed to be able to lock and unlock your vehicle if you don't have the remote or a key that fits? He should of kept the original key for the doors.

The alarm system is tied into the electrical and starting system and we don't give out info on how to disable alarm systems on here.

Best thing to do is to call a lock smith to see if they can make a key that will fit the doors for you. Your going to need it anyway.
