I had to put an electrical fuel fascet in series with the fuel supply pipe from tank. The vehicle starts well now. The only way your going to know what is causing your problem is to test the pump and it's circuit when the problem is occurring. Yup - I have that gadget hooked up to filter and hose to empty tanks or transfer fuel wired for a power port the jumper packs have or vehicle. "Facet is no doubt a brand name??" Frankenmessed wiring will be a real treat. A separate fuel pump like that isn't an answer or worth it for testing. Pressure if pump works then volume and so on like anything else. No fake jobs.
