i have a 89 dodge B250 van with a 318 i changed the fuel pump ran fine for a day today was going down road it died from lack of fuel pump will not work wait 30 min it will work for about 1 min then have to wait another 30 min what could be wrong already changed the asd

You need to check for power & ground at the fuel pump. If the pump is not running but you have a good 12v and a good ground then you got a defective pump......
