new used car with problem first day! Sign In

Help!
This morning i picked my new car, from a used car dealer a
1999 suzuki vitara, manual
have driven it a little today and have had an issue
When i go to start from first gear or from reverse the car feels like it wont move. It almost feels like the park brake is on and like the tyres (back) are stuck.
There is no noticeable noise or grinding of any kind
I havent noticed any unusual pulling today but I havent really driven more than 20ks around town
i havent smelled anything either and the steering has felt ok.
after it gets going then its drives fine until later if i stop or slow at some points.
before i picked it up the dealer had the car serviced, it had a RWC and he replaced brake pads
What do I do? I have this feeling its got something to do with brakes so do i have any right to take it back and ask him to look at the brakes?
If so will this cost me or is it my tough luck?
Please someone with a bit more car knowledge help me
thanks (:

Yes that will be the first thing in the morning I do, it happened tonight after hours so I wanted to get some kind of idea what it could be. (think there is a time difference on my post)
It is drive able if I muck around going back and forth for a bit, but I'm not sure on driving it too far.

Times can be off but somewhat close. This seller just fixed brakes so I have to suggest they see what went wrong if the exact items they worked on are the problem.

Near impossible to guess but a parking brake cable may have been bad, misadjusted or who knows really till it is looked at. If brakes are dragging and don't feel like you can stop surely then I can't suggest you even drive it anymore. If a reputable place just sold you this they should take care of it especially if just what they if it was them fixing just what is now a problem,
