 2007 pt cruiser 95,000 miles brakes new motor mount fixed when driving loud chirping cricket noise continuous stops when you are stopped and once you start going again will begin and when going faster continuous the machanine cant figure it out please help me this car is more trouble than it is worth been in shop 3 months out of 6 months

Lots to rule out.
* Any wheel trim - remove cosmetic stuff if applicable see if it stops.
* Brake rotor may be touching a splash shield.
* Brake wear sensor may be touching but those usually shut up when applying brakes.
* Try rotating tires to see if noise follows.
? Does anything make it better or worse - wet weather, braking, steering, etc.?
