Normally, it works fine. But these two times, the key goes in smoothly [it isn't bent] and it won't turn. i have to keep trying for five minutes until it finally turns and starts immediately. After that [until the next time it won't turn] it works great. Until you do, be sure to jiggle the steering wheel while trying to turn the key. Sometimes the problem could be the steering column lock preventing the key from turning.
