i have a 2004 nissan quest my bf is a mechanic and very jealous . so to get back at me he always messes with my car so i cant leave my house. so today i put key in ignition and it wouldnt turn . steering wheel is not locked car is in park and the battery is not dead . what else could he have done

We have no idea what sort of sabotage he could have done. I suggest you find better friends and a new mechanic.
