how long will it take to remove Surface rust from my car's Front left inner guard(the thing in the engine bay that covers the wheel)? The area is less than 1square metre and it's only surface rust. How long would it take to remove the surface rust,prime it again,paint it again etc? 1 hour? 2 hours ?3 hours?
Also how much would it cost EXcluding the labour,so just the cost for paint,removing surface rust,painting it again etc?
