Will a closed chamber 100cc head from a 427 big block Chevy fit a 396 big block Chevy. Any advice. Thanks

Depends on what pistons you are running. I'd give a shout to the guys at Summit Racing. They specialize in the modification and horsepower end of things. Number is 800-230-3030.
