fuel system pressure leak

i have a 2001 chrysler town& country van, keep getting a code saying i have a fuel system pressure leak, already
replaced the cap and changed a hose on a valve, but still after resetting code after tank gets about halve empty alarm comes basck, any suggestions would be helpfull or diagram of all the hoses in that systems,
