front end squeak Login - Sign Up

2002 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 4WD with 124,000 miles on it. When I turn sharp right the first thing in the morning out of the driveway, there is a slight squeaking in the front end. It does not happen later in the day, just when I start out in the morning. Any ideas??? No other problems.

could be sway bar or ball joints. spray wd 40 where bar is mounted to frame. if not it NAPA sells very small needle that attaches to grease gun .Yes you will have a tiny hole on your boot, how much does the squeek bother you?
