engine revs when turning steering wheel and van tries to take off when coasting

2000 ford windstar 2.8l engine . just replaced plus and wires mass air flow sensor. Van tries to take off when I turn the wheel in either direction and also when coasting, hesitates when trying to get up to speed any ideas?? engine light is on and giving a lean bank one and two code
