It's a Kia Sedona crdi 2.9 and for the last week it's been cutting out on me and I,ve noticed the fuel filter hand pump getting sucked in like a vaccum had formed, but now the engine won't turn over at all following when I had stopped after an hour of high velocity. there is fuel in the filter and it's definetely not blocked. anyone can you throw some light on it

taxidriver; This is a LONG shot, but try removing the fuel cap. I've run into a couple of them that wouldn't vent and the vacuum would overcome the fuel pump pressure. If you hear a 'whoosh' when you open the cap, that may be it.
