2005 chevy aveo heater and ac sometimes blows air like it should sometimes nothing fuses are good what now?

The next time it's not blowing, take a large screwdriver, hold it by the blade and give the blower motor a rap with the handle. if it starts, replace the motor. If not, you'll have to troubleshoot the wiring circuit.
