It wont go back up, and every time I press the button for it to go up, all you hear is a the motor. (it is a loud sound.) I have tried pushing it up myself, I also had someone try and push it up while I was pressing the button, but it wont budge. I have also tried hitting the door to see if that would help. nothing. Please help. And by and chance would you know approximatively how much that would cost to fix?
