car won't start

I thought it was my battery going bad but now i'm not so sure.
it started with the car not making the beeping noise when i lock the doors with the keychain thing and the turn signal lights not blinking when i locked and unlocked the doors with it.
then it would turn over kind slow when i tried to start it.
now it doesn't even try to turn over when i turn the key. the windows, radio and lights work
it's a 2001 infiniti g20 sport
