buick battery problem

I recently pulled the battery out of a 93 buick and when I replaced it, the flashers stay on, I have power to windows and AC etc but it won't start.
Any ideas?

What was the reason for “pulling the Battery” in the first place?
Was it replaced with a fully charged, known good battery?
A battery that has a partial charge will run accessories “normally” but may not have enough power to run the starter motor.
Have you tested the replacement battery or tried boosting the vehicle to see whether it will turn over?
