i have a 2002 cadillac devile. 4.6 ltr. 67000 miles. i have a vibration at high speed (60mph and above) the rotors and pads are in good shape.i have had the wheels off and cant see any signs of dirt or dust. what else can it be

Tires could be out of balance. Have you tried rotating the tires?

i have had the tiers rotated about a month ago. the problem has been going on for about a year but cant find a solution for it. dont drive on the highway to often but when i do it happens

What you have is an out of balance tire, bent wheel or a bad tire. Either way, balancing is the first step. If they examine the tires while on the balancer, they will see any out of round conditions also.
