The easiest thing to do is replace the caliper. The cost of a remanufactured part is fairly cheap and easily replaced. If you have a left handed drill bit, you may be able to drill it out easily. Sometimes the left hand bit will grab the bleeder and unscrew it. You also have to be cafreful that any metal shavings are not inside the caliper.

the low cost of a new caliper def is not worth the aggravation of trying to get that fitting out.

Also to add, if you use any heat in the process, you will likely trash the caliper seals and have to replace it anyway.

Frozen bleeders are automatic new calipers.

4 cents (inflation) toss that as said. I've spent hours extracting them - not worth that much time never mind it's an indicator that the caliper isn't much good anyway. Do both sides is highly suggested,
