Search Auto Parts Search a/c problems with 93 hyundai sonata Sign up here!   Email This Post Auto Repair Home>> Automotive Repair>> Car Troubleshooting fayemac@hotmail.com New User Jul 20, 2011, 7:29 PM Post #1 of 4 (2021 views) a/c problems with 93 hyundai sonata Sign In in the past few months my a/c keeps not working all of a sudden. it has cold air. what ive had to do to fix it each time was replace the fuse but the fuse only lasts a few weeks then its blown again. so today i changed the fuse got in started it turned the ac on n it still wasnt working. i checked the fuse again and the new one i had just put in was already blown. i did this several times only to keep getting the same result - a blown fuse. why would this be happening? It is preventing your vehicle from catching fire from the electrical overload it has somewhere. The circuit will have to be traced to determine where the short is. I would stop putting fuses in there until it's fixed.
