error codes: P0442, P0430

HI
I have a 2006 Pathfinder S and have Codes P0442 & P0430 registered and Have the Service Engine Soon On and off every 4 days.
The only job done to my Pathfinder was that Nissan replaced the Gas indicator or level in the Fuel tank 2 years ago. Other than that no issues at all Just repalced the first set of Pads at 131K miles. Is a very Excellent SUV.
What can I do to Repair the Codes on right now. It has a little shake around 45 mph when you remove the foot from the pedal but the Motor mounts are still good?
Need Help.
