When I first try to turn them on they won't come on at all and if I put it on the low speed it goes at high speed, and the high speed works as well, but sometimes if I go somewhere and after I have shut the car down and start it up again the wipers work fine. The electrical circuit needs to be troubleshooted on site by someone that has electrical knowledge.
