Where did this come from?

Hello,
I just recently bought a car from a sketchy seller unfortunately due to my lack of knowledge of vehicles. Anyways, when I turned off my car to get out I noticed a tiny part rolled under my feet and I have no idea where it came from. It is very oily and I was wondering where the part belongs. The car is a 1996 Honda Accord. I have provided pictures below for more detail, thanks:

OK? It might be something from the door jam to hold door open or a roller for a power window regulator. Total guess,

Thanks for the reply, I welcome any guesses as I know absolutely nothing about cars. I just want to know if its anything serious that could be telling of an even bigger problem.

Did that roll out from under the seat or did it roll down from under the dash.

The plot thickens It was Col. Mustard, in the Library with a Candlestick !! (That was a board game 'Clue')
OK - Car from a dealer that was questionable apparently and shows some rust on carpet as if filings from drilling or something. Perhaps this dang roller isn't from this car at all but from a tool that broke or from some other car completely??
Those look like rollers used in sliding side doors and other moving things like that, that need more than just plastic. By pics car wasn't detailed up much or at all not totally relevant.
If window, door and seat all work properly I'd just forget it but save the silly thing for a while. Never did smash open an air tool on purpose but looks about like something that may be inside one??

That's true Tom, it probably doesn't even belong to that vehicle. Usually if a part like that falls off something, you'll know because something won't work properly on the vehicle.

I don't know exactly where it rolled from but when I looked down it was close to the pedals. The only notable problem that may be relevant is that you cannot open the passenger door from the inside and the window on the passenger side does not roll down/up.

Don't think that would come from something inside the door like a window regulator or motor assembly. Don't think it would come from a latch assembly. You might have to get the window and latch diagnosed. The door might not be opening on the inside because of a lock rod issue. The window might not be working from an electrical problem or failed regulator.
Don't think it came from the seat track, but can't be sure of that. Doesn't look like something that would come from the steering column, brake or accelerator brackets under the dash. I guess what I am saying is that I have never seen that before...LOL
