When car is started, it's not turning over, just clicking

I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. I went to start the van and all it does is click. The lights on the dask and inside the van flash also. I used the van for several hours and did get gas and it rode fine. I got home and it sat for seven hours before I tried to drive it. Is it the battery or the starter or something worse? Any advice will help. Thank you.

Sounds like the battery is dead. Have it tested.
