Sign In I have a 1995 Honda Del Sol V-Tec 1.6 single overhead cam/ manual. Here's the problem. Went to turn the car on and nothing is happening. Windows will go up and down, radio, etc. but engine is not getting any electricity. Started replacing parts, starter first was checked out and was told it was dead. Put the new starter on and when my son went to connect the battery cables the neg side sparked enough to start melting the battery cable, so he pulled it back off. Had that starter tested - dead. Put new starter on and battery did not spark. Still the same problem - car will not engage. Fuses have been checked by the eye. Help...I am desparate to figure this out. Sign In You really need to get the electrical circuits checked by someone that knows what they are doing.
