What Chrysler Enhanced Software? Sign In

I am not talking about just a code reader or OBD 2 scanning software. I am curious to see how much it would cost to get software for the enhanced Chrysler for my 2002 Dodge Dakota and 2008 Grand Caravan. Something similiar to what dealers would use. Would I be able to use the same software on both vehicles? I think the 02 Dakota used a DRB 3 and the 08 Caravan used Starscan? So does anyone know? I have an ELM327 USB to OBD connector now... just need to know the software information.

Thanks

The only thing equal to a DRB would be a DRB. That will set you back somewhere in the vicinity of $50K and that's only if you can buy one because they are restricted to dealers only. You can choose from a number of aftermarket scan tools that will run you anywhere from $4K to $20K but they won't do what a DRB will.

I would call that high end DIY equipment. It's better than most generic, inexpensive stuff but falls short of the professional stuff. Not even close to DRB.
