Vehicle will not start after feuling up.

2004 Mitsubishi Outlander 2.4L 112,000 miles.
In the last 5 months there has been 4 instances that right after feuling up the vehicle will not start immediately. It will turn over but will not start. After waiting a couple minutes try starting again and when it sounds like it will start I pump gas peddle and it will start (a little rough for 10 seconds then smooths out). Other than this problem the vehicle runs fine and there are no other starting issues.

You'll have to test the fuel pressure when this happens. You may have a fuel pump starting to go and the sudden cooling locks it up.
