Tires Sign In

my family has just pruchased a 2007 honda civic EX coupe. we are waiting for it to be shipped in. the wheels are 16 inch alloy wheels with all season tires, does anyone know about what kind of tires are on them? my mom thought she might need winter rated tires, because she has had bad experiance with previous all season tires, but are the civic tires any good? our 2003 tires suck and we get a bit of snow

Re: Tires Sign In

Tires sold in the US anyway are rated and marked on the tire for temp tolerance, traction and a treadwear expectancy. If you really need real snow tires you should get all four on FWD vehicles but the best of them don't last as long as the so called all season tires.

I have real snow tires on an old Lincoln and they help a lot. Your call on what to do, T
