Subaru Legacy 07 - Wont Start not Battery

Hello, I have a 2007 Subaru Legacy Automatic. Yesterday out of the blue it quit working. It would not start/turn over. Just kind of clicked. We thought it may be the battery so we charged that (even though the battery charger said it was at 95%.) After it was fully charged we tried again, same deal. So we assumed the starter went bad. (My wife was only one home at the time) So when I got home, I went to just try myself, was moving the electronic seat backwards and noticed everything started flickering and lights dimmed. So I again thought it was the battery and tried jumping the car from another one. Still same deal. So I decided to check the headlights and they turned on at full blast but when I would start the car while headlights on it would trip out the whole electronics in the car. All the dash lights would flicker randomly and on and off not dimming, and the cd player showed "Err". It would flip out for a moment and then the head lights would come back on (Turned themselves off during the spaz attack). So I am not convinced it is the starter or the battery for these reasons. Anyone have any thoughts? Thank you in advance

Try putting in a battery from another car that you know starts and make sure all your connections are good. If that doesn't work it sounds like you have a BCM problem and you will need to take it to a dealer to have it diagnosed. -------------------------------------------------------- Your only as good as your tools!
