I have decided that I want to install a short ram intake in my car. I really prefer the idea of a cold air intake, but don't want to risk hydrolock. I drive a 97 Toyota Rav4, so my options are pretty limited. What I'm wanting to know is, what intake that is available for my car will give me the most desirable results? Below are all the short ram intakes that I could find for my car.
Weapon R Dragon
Bomz Racing (I somehow doubt that anyone would choose this)
Dark Force 2
OBX Racing Sports
These are the ones I could find that were compatible for my car. I am definitely open to any other intakes on the market. Just about all the short ram intakes I have seen are well within my budget. I am trying to achieve better horsepower and gas mileage. I also need something that won't be too difficult to install. I have very little experience with working on cars, but I have a very mechanical mind.
