Rear differential noise Buick AWD

I have a 2004 Buick Rendevous AWD with a 3.4L, auto transmission and 56K. When the vehicle is hot and in warm weather, there is a low pitch growl or groan when making tight turns at slow speed.
I have had the recommended GM tech bulletin procedure done that flushes the rear differential and refills with an updated fluid, but the noise still persists.
As of right now the noise does not seem to effect the driving of the vehicle at all and appears just to be annoying. However I would like to prevent any further damage to hard parts, so I would like to know if there is any information regarding this concern.
