If rotors and or drums just pull off hubs on this 1/2 ton (think they do) sometimes unseen debris falls down with wheel off unseen and will tighten up again but makes the wheel(s) involved untrue. With wheels just as they are while hoisted you can see the wheel itself wobble out of its proper trueness.

If the case hurry as rotors and drums if drum rears on this but either way must be cleaned of debris fast as wheel is not actually properly tight but could feel right at the moment and can require removal of any brackets in the way of a caliper. Left unfixed tire will wear into the problem and ruin it! That if this is the case and usually if some rust around happens to those vehicles,

To add to that: Welcome to the site. The issue I mentioned is actually quite common to me and can happen with just rotating wheels or putting on the spare IF THE ROTOR OR DRUM (either) HAVE USUALLY RUST FLAKES. If that's what is found a gasket scraper on both hub and where it contacts the rotor must be scraped clean. I'll use the slightest smear of silicone grease which can prevent that in future.

More bucks but there are drums and rotors that have baked on paint on those surfaces and worth the extra bucks totally if vehicle is a keeper and in that you replaced the tires and wheels bet it is.

If new wheels got bent AND this is the issue you need to be talking to the tire place,
