Radio and Cigaretter lighte socket do not work

For Taurus 2005. 3.0V6 with Vulcan motor. Cannot get any signals on radio, AM or FM, all I get is a hissing sound, but CD player does work Just found out that cigarette lighter socket has no power. Could it be a fuse?? If so, which one.

If your radio is making noises, then fuses aren't the issue. The radio itself or antenna has a problem. Lighter problem could be a fuse though.
