Possessed Car?..Or More likely..Moisture. Sign In

So! I recently had to do a Radiator flush on my 2000 Saturn LS2. Went ok. But, of course. Water kinda got around on the engine. Didn't think anything of it. I come inside...and a few hours later...outta the darkness like Christine!! It starts...Honking... Intermittently at first. The full on BLAIRING. Ran outside. Popped the hood. Went to open the Fuse/Relay box. And -_- It wasn't even closed all the way. And Alas...Water in the Fuse box. So I pulled the Relay for the horn to stop that for now.
But as for the Fuse box...What is the best way to get the moisture out? And could it have caused any permanent damage?

Compressed air is the best way. A blow dryer will work too if you don't get it too hot.
