Okay so I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. Its a coupe so it only has 2 power windows, both of which work just fine. However, last night one of my friends (and they are slightly heavy) tripped over there seat beat getting out of the back seat and fell out of the car...putting their weight onto the door for temporary support before hitting the pavement.
Now, the window on that side is non-operational...wont open at all. The buttons on that side work other than the window (like lock/unlock and such work) but the window won't budge at all. I am not a car person at all, so what should I look at to determine the problem, or what should I try doing? The car door doesn't seem bent or anything and it looks fine from a physical view, so is there any wire stuff or anything I can look at it to see if something was hit. Again, things that won't require me to manual take the door off.

Otherwise I will just have a private mechanic look at it.

Cars in great condition, so this is the only thing that I can think of that did it as it was working literally 10 minutes before that.

You make sure the window lock switch isn't enabled on the driver's switch panel?

Forgive my noobiness, but where would that be located at?

It's generally on the drivers window switch. May be a square with an x through it or say window lock etc.
