Oil on spark plug

I changed my spark plugs today for my 1998 Honda CRV.
When I took out the first plug, I noticed the tip was covered with oil.
When I looked down into the spark plug hole, I could see some kind of fluid down in the hole (most likely oil).
Is this normal? What does it mean?
PS - I did not notice any oil on the other 3 plug tips.

You have a leaking valve cover gasket. No big deal.

Poster said "tips" so what does that mean? Valve cover controls oil in the hole it goes in but not the end the fires,

It means he pulled the spark plug through the oil when removing it. Have you ever seen liquid oil on the tip of a spark plug after the engine was running?

When I see that I take out all the oil before pulling the plug or whole thing would likely be oiled,

I'm leaning towards a leaking valve cover tube seal. I'll have to change the valve cover gasket and tube seals.
Let's say this is the problem. What do I do with the oil that is inside the combustion chamber ?

It shouldn't be in there unless you leave the oil in the hole and take out the plug. Dry out as much as you can and if worried crank engine without the plug and extra or too much in there should shoot out plug hole,

Don't worry about it. It will burn off in the first 10 seconds of running.
