Noise When Accelerating and Braking

I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertable JXI. 6 cyl 2.5L engine.
It's making this weird noise from the front drivers side when you accelerate and brake. I was almost sure it was the axel so I changed it. Now the noise is still there and I lost out on $60. Here is a video of the noise:

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

If you just push down on that fender to jounce the car will the noise happen then? This may be a strut issue just as body of vehicle rises and lowers with acceleration and braking? Vid is nice but not much help,
